Besides your experience we also expect you to:
have a basic technical understanding of all things digital. Customer journey, API, UX/UI, PHP,... These should ring a bell.
organize your work accordingly, whether it's Kanban or Agile.
crunch the numbers: invoicing, creating estimates, calculating margin,...
contribute to your team’s thinking process and challenge their ideas. Your analytical & pragmatic mindset will come in handy!
convert a client's request into a digital solution together with the team.
follow up on scope and budget for each project.
spot opportunities with existing clients and act on them. Yay, upselling!

Once the project started you ensure the team can work on it smoothly. If issues arise, you take it up and address it accordingly
You include the strategists to make sure the execution matches with the overall strategy.
You keep the client informed regarding timelines, scope and budget
You make sure the project is delivered on time and within budget
You kick off the Marketing cycles with our Growth Marketers and client and follow-up on results and reporting
