From spotting business opportunities to going above and beyond for our clients as well as the team. Above all, we ladle in copious amounts of fun, both inside and outside the workplace.

We like to add in a generous scoop of the creative hot sauce. No, really. We appreciate big ideas and we’re not afraid to experiment! If we can dream it, we can find a way to make that dream a reality.

And if not, at least we will have learned a valuable lesson or gained some surprising insights.

While we love to let those creative juices flow, it’s equally important to then take a step back and evaluate the options. Rather than diving right in, we’ll assess our client’s needs and the viability of our solution. We think the recipe through before we start whipping up a digital delicacy.

We believe that a healthy mix of office and home work boosts motivation and creativity. Providing you with the tools to create a cozy and productive home office. But you can come everyday to the office if you want! The more the merrier.

Large corporations and agencies sometimes move at sluggish pace. But we are a small and close-knit gang, which gives us an edge. We work fast, agile and with direct communication channels. Everybody is involved and ready to help one another.

Continuous learning

One must learn everyday in life to become his/her better self. We encourage and enable this as much as possible, enrolling you in your own FUYYZ development plan or by doing regular Hype 'n Hussle or Digicademy sessions to stay fresh and well informed.

Transparency

Honesty and an open feedback loop is what keeps us on our toes. Reflecting on the good and bad is why we succeed. In our no-nonsense culture we value being genuine and constructive to one another. And it is as much as important than having good fun.

A collective effort is more bound to succeed. We work closely with our clients and our pack of Digitists supporting each other on every step of the project. So guess what, you’ll also be involved as much as possible.

Every two weeks, we huddle with the team to talk about project updates and share our thoughts about the cool stuff in the digital world.

After completing a project, it's tradition to hold a Lessons Learned session to reflect on what went well and what could've gone better, gathering insights for future projects.

But that's not all - we also show our team some love with digital tacos in the #Feedback Slack channel. Because who doesn't like a tasty, motivating treat?
