What will you do as a Performance Marketer?

As a Performance Marketer, you are responsible for strategically setting up, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns through Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. You work closely with our designers to translate performance goals into smart campaigns.

Additionally:

  • You develop SEA and social advertising strategies tailored to the client’s objectives.

  • You continuously optimize based on data: from CPC to ROAS, you know exactly where to steer.

  • You experiment with new formats, audiences, and A/B testing to achieve the best results.

  • You brief the designers to create the perfect ad.

  • You report insights clearly to clients and your team.

  • You contribute to the broader marketing strategy of our clients.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an independent, solution-oriented thinker who loves diving into data and campaigns.

You’re proactive, enjoy analyzing and optimizing, and get energized by achieving real results.

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing (SEA and social).

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

  • A data-driven mindset: you base decisions on numbers, not gut feeling.

  • You think in solutions, not in problems.

  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus — not a must, we’re happy to teach you.

  • Fluent communication in Dutch (English is a nice bonus).

  • You live near Zandhoven.
