Care4Today increases patient engagement

A major pharmaceutical company joined forces with Digiti to develop the digital app C4T. It is designed to actively involve patients of all ages in their treatment journey. Care4Today makes it possible to shorten recovery. It helps hospitals and health care providers to monitor patients more accurately and provide better care.

React Native & Angular ftw!

C4T consists of multiple platforms, one of which is a mobile app for patients. Together with the client the decision was made to move forward with React Native as a technology.

Building apps with React Native is totally my thing

Another piece of the C4T puzzle was a web portal for the care coordinators (E.g. hospital staff) to manage all patient's appointments, treatments and communications.

A team effort

Our Project Manager, UX/UI Designer, Mobile & Web Developers and Test Automation Engineers defined C4T's successful and award-winning outcome.
